/KASE, April 22, 2019/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE as follows:

The main goal of the trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation concluded between main
financing subsidiaries of KazAgro National Holding, the administration of
Turkestan Region and the branch of the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs in
Turkestan Region is to ensure implementation of the projects using advanced
technologies in the area of agriculture in order to ensure employment of the
population.
The parties agreed to coordinate work on determining projects implemented in the
region using advanced technologies in the area of agriculture and their state
support (investment subsidies and interest rates subsidizing), on providing
information and consulting support, on timely review of business projects aimed
at the development of the agriculture.
