/KASE, April 17, 2019/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of
Kazakhstan" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of a decision of its Board of Directors
dated April 10, 2019, on supplementing the agenda of the annual general meeting
of the company's shareholders scheduled for May 3, 2019.
