/KASE, April 16, 2019/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 17, 2019 at 15:00 o'clock,
with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2018 financial statements;
- approval of the procedure of distribution of the company's net income for 2018;
- on dividends for 2018, amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company;
- consideration of the issue of appeals of shareholders against actions of the
company and its executives and results of their consideration.
