/KASE, April 16, 2019/ – MANGISTAUMUNAIGAZ JSC (Aktau, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2019. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05020017 of the company makes up 107,856,540 units, preferred shares KZ1P05020113 - 1,089,460 units; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is MANGISTAU INVESTMENTS B.V., who owns 107,861,935 shares of the company (99.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 107,856,540 common shares and 5,395 preferred shares of the company.
