/KASE, April 16, 2019/ – Tsesnabank (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a
decision of its Board of Directors dated April 15, 2019, on calling a joint
general meeting of shareholders of Tsesnabank and First Heartland Bank on
May 15, 2019.
