/KASE, April 11, 2019/ – Kazakh Republican Trading House ZANGAR (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders is to begin on
May 14, 2019 at 10:00 o'clock.
The meeting agenda includes the following issues: defining the composition and
term of office of the Board of Directors, appointment of its members, conclusion
of a major transaction with Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan.
