/KASE, April 8, 2019/ – Fincraft Resources (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of April 1, 2019 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C54620014 of the Company makes up 30,000,000,000 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P54620110 - 750,000,000 pieces; - 12,846,773,954 common shares and 392,649,871 preferred shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company bought back 10,445,774 common shares; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is K.Rakishev, who owns 12,690,589,162 shares of the Company (95.85% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company) including 12,560,928,493 common shares (97.85% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company) and 129,660,669 preferred shares of the Company (33.02% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company).
