/KASE, April 5, 2019/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" (Nur-Sultan), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that "on April 4, 2019 a complete early repurchase of Eurobonds
(NIN: XS1134544151; ISIN: US48667QAK13) was carried out in the amount of
USD14,442,000 (fourteen million four hundred forty two thousand), with the
payout of the accrued coupon interest in the amount of USD353,829
(three hundred fifty three thousand eight hundred twenty nine)".
