/KASE, April 4, 2019/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about changes in its Board of Directors:
- Miklosh Poti, a member of the Board of Directors, has been excluded;
- Jilvinas Bartkus, a member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed;
Currently, the Board of Directors of Wholesale and retail trade venture consists
of three persons: I. Kim, A. Zakarlyuk, Jilvinas Bartkus.
