/KASE, April 1, 2019/ – ForteBank (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a corporate
litigation commenced by Almaty special inter-district economic court following
a statement of claim filed by D. Sydikhov, the receiver of Veksel LLP,
on March 26, 2019, regarding invalidation of the Contract on claims purchase
(assignment) and amount recovery.
