/KASE, March 29, 2019/ – Fincraft Resources (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on April 29,
2019 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
1) approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the company's
shareholders;
2) early termination of powers of members of the company's Board of Directors;
3) determining the composition, term of office of the company's Board of
Directors, appointment of its members, as well as determining the amount
and terms of payment of remuneration and compensation of expenses to members
of the Board of Directors for their performance of duties.
