/KASE, March 28, 2019/ – ForteBank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the
annual general meeting of its shareholders will be held on April 29, 2019 at
10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
1) on approval of the bank's 2018 annual financial statements;
2) on approval of the procedure of distribution of the bank's 2018 net income,
on the dividend amount per ordinary shares of the bank;
3) on report of the bank's Board of Directors for the elapsed financial year;
4) on appeals of shareholders against actions of the bank and its executives
and results of their consideration;
5) on the amount and composition of the remuneration to members of the
bank's Board of Directors and Management Board in 2018;
6) on approval of amendments to the bank's charter.
