/KASE, March 28, 2019/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on April 26, 2019
at 10:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
1) report of the Bank's Management Board on 2018 performance;
2) approval of the Bank's consolidated and separate annual financial
statements for 2018;
3) approval of the Bank's 2018 net income distribution procedure;
4) approval of amendments to the charter and corporate governance code of the Bank.
