/KASE, March 26, 2019/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on April 22, 2019, at 15:00 o'clock.
The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of concluding a major interested
party transaction.
