/KASE, March 26, 2019/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the Board of
Directors' decision dated March 20, 2019 to move the date of the extraordinary
general meeting of shareholders scheduled for March 26, 2019, to April 22, 2019.
The meeting agenda was supplemented with the issue of the composition of
Tsesnabank's Board of Directors.
