/KASE, March 20, 2019/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company"
(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE of changes in its Board of Directors:
- Yazek Brzeziński, a member of the Board of Directors, has been removed;
- A. Yelemessov, a member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed.
Currently, the Board of Directors of Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage
Company" consists of six persons: G. Tadjiyakov, Zh. Shaimardanov, A. Mukhamejanov,
E. Ospanov, N. Tokobayev, A. Yelemessov.
