/KASE, March 18, 2019/ – Almatytemir (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the
general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C00001493 (KASE alternative market, category
"bonds", ALTMb1), held on March 13, 2019:
- to make amendments to the bond issue prospectus related to terms of selling
of collateral and procedure of outstanding bonds repurchase;
- to approve the draft amendments to the bond issue prospectus.
