/KASE, March 18, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Astana), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about removal
of A. Oteulov, a member of the Board of Directors, independent director, from
its Board of Directors, following his initiative.
Currently, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of four
persons: Zh. Mynzhasarov, K. Izbastin, E. Orynbaev, N. Karnakova.
