/KASE, March 18, 2019/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on April 15, 2019 at 11:00 o'clock.
The meeting agenda is as follows:
- election of new members of the company's Board of Directors;
- approval of the amount of remuneration to members of the Board of Directors;
- on re-appointment of the auditor for 2018.
