Tengri Bank announces increasing share capital by KZT4.1 bn

/KASE, March 13, 2019/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following: quote JSC "Tengri Bank" increased the number of its shareholders thanks to the foreign business professionals investing in the economics of Kazakhstan. Previously the Bank Board of Directors has taken the decision on placing of shares by subscription among public investors. The offering price per one share was 1 050 tenge. Four foreign companies toped up the share capital of Joint Stock Company "Tengri Bank". During the period from November 2018 to February 2019 the Bank has placed 3 894 500 ordinary shares. Therefore, the share capital of the Bank increased by 4 089 225 000 tenge. In November 2018, the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service Ltd assigned Joint Stock Company "Tengri Bank" the long-term ratings in national and foreign currency deposits B2 with long-term prospects. This rating reflects the agency's opinion on the ability of the assessed institution to meet its financial obligations.
