/KASE, March 12, 2019/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2C00003135 (KASE
main market, category "bonds", ATFBb15; KZT1,000, KZT60.0 bn; February 10, 2015 –
January 10, 2026, semi-annual coupon, will be defined upon results of the first
successful trading session on bonds offering; 30/360) and a certificate of state
registration of securities issue dated March 7, 2019 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the issue prospectus of said bonds;
- said certificate was replaced due to the change of maturity of said bonds;
- the maturity of said bonds was changed from 10 years and 11 months to seven
years from the circulation start date;
- the circulation start date is the date of the first successful trading session
on bonds offering.
