/KASE, March 11, 2019/ – KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (Astana), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that its shareholders' Extraordinary General Meeting will start on February
11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
The only issue on the agenda of this meeting was voluntary delisting of preferred
shares KZ000A0RMTC3 (KASE main market, category "standard", RDGZp) from the KASE
Official List.
