Rules for Annual Rewarding of Best Performing Kazakhstan Stock Exchange members put into effect as of March 6, 2019

/KASE, March 7, 2019/ – By the decision of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange’s (KASE) 
Management Board of March 5, 2019, the revised KASE internal document Rules for 
Annual Rewarding of Best Performing Kazakhstan Stock Exchange members (the Rules), 
was approved and was put into effect on March 6, 2019.

The Rules establish the terms and the procedure for annual rewarding of KASE 
members (except of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan) for 
contribution to the development of Kazakhstan’s stock market.

In addition, editing corrections were made to the Rules.

The updated Rules:

- selection criteria for rewarding in the nomination "Underwriter of the Year" 
  have been clarified;

- selection criteria for rewarding in the nomination "Market Maker of the Year" 
  was changed;

- KASE Management was given powers to decide on additional nominations and/or 
  categories for rewarding based on year-end results and to decide on selection 
  criteria for rewarding in such nominations and/or categories;

- Expert Committee has been abolished. Its functions were assigned to KASE 
  Management Board.

Previous version of the Rules has been recognized null and void as of March 6, 
2019.
