/KASE, March 4, 2019/ – BAST (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the following:

... Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the Company scheduled for
March 4, 2019 failed to take place due to the fact that the General Meeting
Notice was sent with delays i.e. 28 days prior the Meeting Date whereas according
to Article 41 of the Law "On Joint Stock Companies" it must be sent 30 days
prior the General Meeting date.
In pursuance of the foregoing, the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders will
be convened according to the new procedure in compliance with the provisions of
the Law "On Joint Stock Companies".
