/KASE, February 27, 2019/ – Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant (Temirtau), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that as of February 26, 2019 it discontinued holding the 100 % share in the
authorized capital of the Production company "Cement plant Semey" LLP.
