Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the following persons were appointed to
its Board of Directors:
- E. Orynbaev – member of the Board of Directors;
- B. Zhamishev – member of the Board of Directors – independent director.
Currently, the Board of Directors of Tsesnabank JSC consists of five persons:
Shigeo Katsu, E. Pan, D. Kabylbaev, E. Orynbaev, B. Zhamishev.
