/KASE, February 21, 2019/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the
appointment of a new Board of Directors:
- D. Abdullaev – member of the Board of Directors;
- R. Sarsenov – member of the Board of Directors;
- R. Bagautdinov – independent director.
Currently, the Board of Directors of AltynEx Company JSC consists of three
persons.
