listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

On February 20, 2019, S&P Global Ratings raised long-term and short-term rating
of Tsesnabank from 'SD' to 'B-/В'. Outlook 'Stable'. Kazakhstan national scale
rating has been raised from 'SD' to 'kzBB-'.
Rating of bonds ISIN KZ2C00002103 и KZ2C00002616 has been raised from 'СС/Watch
Negative' to 'В-' on the global scale and from 'kzСС/Watch Negative' to "kzBB-"
on the national scale.
Thus, as at February 20, 2019, Tsesnabank has the following ratings from S&P
Global Ratings:
- credit rating 'B-/Stable/B';
- national scale rating 'kzBB-'.
Bonds ISIN KZ2C00002103 and KZ2C00002616 have rating 'B-', national scale rating:
'kzBB-'.
