officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
changes in its Management Board:
- removed: Ulf Wokurka – Chairman of the Management Board, D. Li – deputy
Chairman of the Management Board, A. Kitapbaev – deputy Chairman of the
Management Board, T. Ayapbergenov – member of the Management Board, George
Stamenkovich – deputy Chairman of the Management Board,
- appointed: B. Pirmatov – Chairman of the Management Board, A.M. Kakimzhanov –
deputy Chairman of the Management Board, A. Khamidullin – deputy Chairman of
the Management Board.
Currently, Tsesnabank's Management Board consists of three persons.
