/KASE, February 18, 2019/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2C00003135 (KASE main
market, category "bonds", ATFBb15, KZT1,000, KZT60.0 bn; February 10, 2015 –
February 10, 2025, semi-annual coupon 10.00 % APR, 30/360) and a certificate of
state registration of securities issue dated February 11, 2019 replacing the one
issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the bond issue prospectus of these bonds;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the change of maturity of these
bonds;
- type of bonds was changed from coupon subordinated unsecured bonds to unsecured
coupon bonds;
- maturity of these bonds was changed from 10 years to 10 years and 11 months;
- the interest rate will be determined after first successful special trading
sessions on offering said bonds in KASE trading system.
