/KASE, February 14, 2019/ – KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (Astana), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders
held on February 11, 2019:
- the Company to make a major deal – additional agreement to the Financial Aid
Agreement between the National Company KazMunayGaz and the Company – as a
result of which the Company would (might) alienate property, the value of
which was fifty or more per cent of the total amount of the Company’s book
value of assets;
