/KASE, February 14, 2019/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the Specialized Inter-District Economic Court of the city of Astana instituted
court proceedings on the legal claim filed on February 11, 2019 by D.B. Omarov
on challenging legal entity’s failure to act and coercing it into making a deal.
