/KASE, February 12, 2019/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe reg.), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its shareholders Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 5,
2019:
- to terminate powers of the following members of Board of Directors:
- A.K. Kudabayev (independent director);
- E.N. Dostybayev (shareholder);
- D.A. Idrisov (shareholder);
- To appoint the following three people in the Board of Directors for a three-year
term of office:
- R.T. Sarsenov;
- D.R. Abdullayev;
- R.Z. Bagautdinov (independent director);
- to set the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and benefits to the
Board of Directors’ members for performance of their duties.
