First Heartland Securities that has acquired the stake owned by Tsesna Financial
Holding became Tsesnabank’s shareholder from that date.
Reference: Tsesna Financial Holding owned 54,861,297 ordinary shares of
Tsesnabank (70.79 % of the total number of outstanding ordinary shares,
68.58 % of the total number of outstanding shares) as at January 1, 2019.
