/KASE, February 5, 2019/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders held on January 29, 2019:
- to terminate ahead of schedule authorities of all members of the company's
Board of Directors, effective as of January 29, 2019;
- to determine the composition of the company's Board of Directors as follows –
seven persons;
- to appoint the Board of Directors as follows:
- A. Klebanov – representative of interests of CAPEC JSC;
- S. Kan – representative of interests of CAPEC JSC;
- A. Karyagin – representative of interests of CAPEC JSC;
- J. Kutbai – representative of interests of Baiterek Venture Fund JSC;
- Kaiser Franz-Josef – independent director;
- Kerr Manfred-Josef – independent director;
- E. Tabanov – independent director.
