/KASE, February 1, 2019/ – As announced earlier, by the decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of January 30, 2019, bonds KZ2C00004539
(KZT1,000, KZT3.5 bn; 7 years; semi-annual coupon 10.50 % APR, 30/360) of Wholesale
and Retail trade Venture (Almaty) were included in KASE official list’s alternative
market under "bonds" category.
This decision of the Listing Commission is effective as of February 1, 2019
because the issuer has fulfilled the terms set out in item 1 of Chapter 5 of
Aappendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds.
These bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) ORPTb1.
