Bonds KZ2C00004539 (ORPTb1) of Wholesale and retail trade venture underwent listing on KASE by category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, January 30, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of January 30, 2019, bonds KZ2C00004539 (KZT1,000, KZT3.5 bn; 7 years; semi-annual coupon 10.50 % APR; 30/360) of Wholesale and retail trade venture (Almaty) were included in KASE official list by category "bonds" of the alternative market. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bond issue is the first one under the first bond program of Wholesale and retail trading enterprise registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on November 21, 2018 to the total amount of KZT6.5 bn.
