/KASE, January 30, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Board of Directors dated January 29, 2019 changes No. 7 (amendments)
to KASE internal document "Listing Rules" (Rules) were approved, with effect
as of January 30, 2019.
Said amendments were made for purposes of
- bringing the text of the Rules in line with amendments to the Acts of the
Republic of Kazakhstan "On joint-stock companies" and "On the securities
market";
- introducing procedural details;
- exclusion of the requirement for provision of the listed companies' insider
lists as not required by the legislation.
The revised Rules will be released on KASE website at
