/KASE, January 29, 2019/ – Kazakhstan utility systems (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following: quote The international rating agency Fitch Ratings on January 24, 2019 downgraded KUS's long-term issuer default ratings (IDR) in foreign and national currencies to "B+-"; outlook "Stable".
