/KASE, January 23, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board, as of January 30, 2019 trading in bonds KZ000A0T88N8
(KASE alternative market, category "bonds", BTTRb1) of Batys tranzit (Almaty)
will be suspended on KASE.
Following a decision of KASE Management Board, in case of a decision taken by
the general meeting of holders of said bonds due January 30, 2019, on approval
of amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus, the suspension of trading will be
extended until the day following the date of receipt by KASE of respective
amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus and a confirmation from the Central
Securities Depository of resumption of their offering and circulation in its
accounting system.
Trading in said bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next business day after
receipt by KASE of respective amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus and
a confirmation from the Central Securities Depository of resumption of their
offering and circulation in its accounting system.
The same decision of KASE's Management Board specifies that if the general
meeting of holders of said bonds fails to take place and/or decision on approval
of amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus was not taken, the trading in
said bonds will be resumed on the next business day after receipt of a
respective notice from of Batys transit JSC.
