/KASE, January 9, 2019/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that K.A. Satylganov,
the chairman of Board of Directors and E.B. Tadzhiyakov, a member of Board of
Directors, were excluded from its Board of Directors and that N.I. Mesheryakov
was appointed the chairman of Board of Directors.
Currently, Tsesnabank’s Board of Directors consists of five people:
Ulf Wokurka, N.I. Mesheryakov, V.G. Fogel, E.G. Babayan, U.S. Baizhanov.
