Mandated lead arrangers of the transaction were the Russian Alfa-Bank, Transkapitalbank, Ak Bars Bank and Eurasian Development Bank. Participants of the syndicated loan were 14 financial institutions from Russia and other CIS countries. The syndicated loan has been provided for up to two years for general corporate purposes, as well as to finance commercial contracts of Belarusbank's clients related to supply of goods, equipment and services to the Republic of Belarus.
