securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that "a supplement No. 3 to the Contract No. 4160, dated June 26, 2015, on combined
exploration and production of hydrocarbons in block Isatai, located in Kazakhstan's
part of the Caspian Sea, was signed on December 21, 2018 between the Ministry of
Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, NC KMG and ENI Isatai B. V." –
