/KASE, December 25, 2018/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated December 11, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of Tsesnabank's bonds KZP15Y07E083 (KZ2C00002590,
KASE main market, category "bonds", TSBNb23) in the period from April 10 to
October 9, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of October 9, 2018, 1,981,480,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
