/KASE, October 5, 2018, re-distributed due to provision by the issuer of updated
document/ – Subsidiary company Aktobe-Temir-VS (Aktobe), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that "on
August 15, 2018 the Board of Managing Directors of Gemini Mining B.V. Company
made a decision on intention to sell its 56,236 ordinary shares – issued and
outstanding at a price of $60.717."
