Bonds KZ2P0M12F696 (KZ2P00004179, KSYSb2) and KZ2P0M12F704 (KZ2P00004161, KSYSb3) of Kazakhstan Utility Systems removed from KASE official list as of December 19, 2018 at issuer’s request

/KASE, December 14, 2018/ – By the decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the following securities of Kazakhstan Utility Systems (Almaty, hereinafter, the Company) were removed from KASE official list as of December 19, 2018. bonds KZ2P0M12F696 (KZ2P00004179, KASE main market, category "commercial bonds", KSYSb2, KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 12 months; 30/360); - indexed bonds KZ2P0M12F704 (KZ2P00004161, KASE main market, category "commercial bonds", KSYSb3, KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 12 months; 30/360). The KASE conclusion report on voluntary delisting of said bonds dated December 13, 2018 says that KASE received the following documents from the Company: - application of the Company dated December 11, 2018, on voluntary delisting of these bonds; - a copy of the registry of the Company’s shareholders as of December 11, 2018, according to which these bonds have not been placed; Based on the above and in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Chapter 3 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE's internal document "Listing Rules", these shares were delisted. These bonds were included in KASE official list's main market category "commercial bonds" on December 14, 2017. Trades in them were not opened. [2018-12-14]
