/KASE, December 13, 2018/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty,
hereinafter in the quotes, the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

Based upon the results of the tender conducted by the Kazakhstan Deposit
Insurance Fund [KDIF], Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) is appointed agent bank for payment
of quarantee reimbursement on deposits of individuals and self-employed
entrepreneurs in the Qazaq Banki, which is being liquidated involuntarily.
"According to the effective legislation, in such situations, the bank agent can
be a financial institution with a stable financial position, which has not
violated prudential standards and has a wide branch network and the
infrastructure that allows to serve customers across the nation. We are grateful
to KDIF for the confidence bestowed upon us", Dmitriy Zabello, chairman of board
of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) says.
