/KASE, December 10, 2018/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 11, 2018, the following bonds of Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty) were included in KASE official list main market's "bonds" category: - KZ2C0Y20F889 (KZ2C00004356; KZT 1, KZT 3.2 bn; 240 months, quarterly coupon of 2.99 % APR, 30/360); - KZ2C0Y20F897 (KZ2C00004349; KZT 1, KZT 700.0 mln; 240 months, quarterly coupon of 0.10 % APR, 30/360). The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. Private Asset Management (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company.
