/KASE, December 4, 2018/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

November 30, 2018, S&P Global Ratings lowered long-term issuer credit rating on
Tsesnabank to 'B-' from 'B' and its Kazakhstan national scale rating to 'kzBB-'
from 'kzBB+'. At the same time, the agency placed all the 'B-/B' long- and short
-term ratings and the 'kzBB-' rating on CreditWatch with negative implications.
Rating of bonds KZP12Y10E084, KZP17Y05E083 downgraded from 'В' to "В-/CreditWatch
Negative" on the global scale and from 'kzBB+' to "kzBB-/CreditWatch Negative" on
the national scale.
Thus, as at November 30, 2018, Tsesnabank has the following ratings from S&P
Global Ratings: "В-/CreditWatch Negative/В", national scale rating at "kzBB-
/CreditWatch Negative"; rating of bonds NIN KZP12Y10E084, KZP17Y05E083 is at
"В-/CreditWatch Negative", national scale rating at "kzBB-/CreditWatch Negative".
