/KASE, November 30, 2018/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following: quote On November 27, 2018 S&P Global Ratings downgraded the long-term issuer credit rating of Tengri Bank from "B" to "B-". Outlook – "Stable". Also the bank's rating on the national Kazakh scale was downgraded from "kzBB+" to "kzBB". The ratings were removed from the CreditWatch ("ratings on review") with negative expectations, to which they were placed on August 17, 2018.
